Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Hiring Journey Associate to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout our recruitment process. The role is fully remote and supports both internal and client‑facing openings, helping BairesDev attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining regular communication and fostering engagement.
• Track and update applicant information, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback.
• Assist in evaluating candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and other assessments, ensuring timely execution.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and, when required, participate in interview sessions.
• Collect and relay candidate experience data to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English proficiency.
