HR Generalist – LATAM (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our Spanish‑speaking operations across Chile, Mexico and Colombia. This part‑time, remote position reports directly to the Director of Global HR in Canada and may evolve into a full‑time role.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on statutory and regulatory HR matters, including compensation, benefits, recruitment and performance management.
• Manage local legal aspects such as staff representatives, company agreements, litigation and legal advice.
• Oversee outsourced payroll, legal and social declarations.
• Support the full recruitment cycle: approvals, candidate screening, onboarding and new‑hire data entry.
• Administer benefits enrollment, termination, claims resolution and communication.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, conduct regular data audits and support global HRIS reporting.
• Assist with annual compensation reviews and provide administrative support to the executive team.
• Contribute to global HR and recruitment initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with managers and employees.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
