HR Manager – Chile

About the role

Greystar is seeking a hands‑on HR Manager to lead all people functions for its Chile operations. You will partner closely with local business leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives while staying connected to day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and actively manage all HR subsystems across the full employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, HR Systems (HCM) and Labor Relations.
• Lead strategic talent management processes such as talent reviews, high‑potential identification, succession planning and organizational talent risk evaluation.
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to local leaders, supporting organizational growth, talent decisions and change initiatives while ensuring alignment with Greystar’s regional and global HR frameworks.
