About the role

Plan A Technologies seeks a systematic, detail‑oriented HR Specialist to act as a strategic anchor across the organization. The role blends rigorous HR operations with creative employee‑engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance while fostering a continuous‑learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain confidential employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding asset provisioning, tracking, and return.
• Conduct new‑hire orientations, explain policies, and set up first‑day logistics.
• Manage hardware/software license databases in partnership with IT and Operations.
• Draft, update, and enforce workplace policies, equipment usage rules, and fringe‑benefit guidelines.
• Perform periodic internal audits of personnel files, data inputs, and benefit enrollments.
• Create clear administrative guidelines and documentation for team processes.
• Plan, promote, and lead internal activities, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to boost engagement.
• Source industry topics and facilitate internal expert‑led learning sessions.
• Introduce creative ideas for company events, craft announcements, and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as an HR Specialist.
• Strong analytical mindset with strict data confidentiality.
• Excellent procedural precision and attention to detail.
• Creative acumen to design and elevate employee‑experience initiatives.
