HRIS Analyst – HR Shared Services

About the role

The HRIS Analyst will join Hatch’s HR Shared Services team in Santiago, supporting the end‑to‑end employee experience. Reporting to the Regional HR Service Center Lead, you will work closely with HR colleagues to maintain accurate HR data and streamline onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee records in the HR system (SAP/SuccessFactors).
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including pre‑boarding communication, orientation scheduling, and documentation collection.
• Handle HR service requests via the Zendesk ticketing tool, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform general HR administration such as policy guidance, payroll assistance, and record keeping (both digital and hard copy).
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and accurate data entry.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across HR functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Zendesk ticketing system.
• Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors HR platforms.
