Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and relationship‑driven Influencer Marketing Manager to design and execute influencer campaigns for global brands. The role is fully remote (based in Chile) and operates on a full‑time contractor basis, collaborating across international time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, onboard and manage creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs and emerging platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers and talent representatives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, including content approvals, scheduling and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaign results, generate performance reports and continuously optimise programmes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, client services) to maximise impact and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator partnership management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2 level).
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced digital environment and across different time zones.
