Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join SAMY as an Influencer Marketing Specialist and lead the planning and execution of influencer campaigns for top‑tier beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands. You will act as the bridge between creators and clients, shaping strategic partnerships that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Scout, negotiate and onboard influencers aligned with client objectives.
• Manage influencer relationships, briefings, deliverables and timelines.
• Design, present and optimise detailed campaign strategies and performance reports.
• Track, analyse and report KPIs, collaborating with data teams for continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of trends on TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure content matches brand storytelling.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships (agency experience preferred).
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and negotiating partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and performance metrics.
• Passion for social‑media culture, beauty, fashion and lifestyle sectors.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
