Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join SAMY as an Influencer Marketing Specialist supporting L'Oréal in Chile. You will lead the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, building strong creator and client relationships while delivering measurable results that align with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client goals.
• Manage influencer relationships, including briefings, deliverables, and timelines.
• Design and present detailed campaign strategies, performance reports, and insights to clients.
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs, collaborating with data teams to drive optimization.
• Stay ahead of influencer, content, and platform trends, especially in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand identity and storytelling.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns and negotiate partnerships.
• Passion for social media culture, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms and their performance metrics.
