Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join SAMY, a global leader in brand communication, as an Influencer Marketing Specialist. You will design and execute influencer strategies that drive measurable results for our clients while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic and creative influencer marketing proposals based on client briefs.
• Select influencers that align with campaign objectives, KPIs, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign hand‑off and execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics, and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain consistent client communication, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Support events or activations as needed.
• Present quantitative and qualitative results, delivering strategic insights.
• Identify and propose process improvements across influencer, brand, and internal workflows.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing strategic influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Ability to evaluate influencer profiles against brand objectives.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strategic, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on client service.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred).
