Inspector(a) Docente (PS - Childcare Assistant)

About the role

The Inspector(a) Docente provides continuous support to teaching staff, ensuring smooth administrative operations within the school. This role is pivotal in maintaining classroom order, managing attendance records, and upholding the school’s internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise administrative compliance, including teacher schedules, classroom organization, and internal controls.
• Verify parental justification for student tardiness and absences.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Cycle Director on schedule adherence, attendance, and internal discipline.
• Manage the school’s climate of coexistence and oversee early student withdrawals with proper guardian authorization.
• Coordinate replacement actions for absent teachers and assist in lesson planning and material preparation across all levels.
• Support the Good School Coexistence Committee and actively participate in the Compliance and Safeguarding Committee.
