About the role

We are looking for a proactive intern to join the People & Culture team at Coca‑Cola Chile. The role supports the development and execution of an internal communication strategy for the Concentrates and Bases production plant located in San Bernardo.

Key responsibilities

• Create internal communication content using Canva.
• Coordinate corporate events and support various departmental requests.
• Record and edit corporate videos.
• Develop an annual communication plan for the plant.

Required profile

• Currently studying Journalism, Advertising or a related field.
• Knowledge of content creation trends and a focus on internal audience engagement.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Must have valid student insurance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Video recording and editing capabilities.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
