IT Executive – Hospital Operations

About the role

SN Hospital is seeking a proactive IT Executive to oversee the hospital’s technology infrastructure and ensure seamless daily operations. You will support staff, maintain critical systems, and drive the adoption of new technologies that enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the hospital.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hospital management software and IT systems.
• Configure computers, networks, and medical devices as needed.
• Implement and monitor data security protocols, backups, and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver IT solutions that improve workflow.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for updates, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and system incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, preferably within a healthcare environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
