IT Executive – Hospital Operations

About the role

SN Hospital is seeking a proactive IT Executive to oversee the hospital’s technology infrastructure and ensure seamless daily operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues, supporting clinical and administrative staff while driving technology improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the hospital.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hospital management software and related IT systems.
• Configure computers, networks, and medical devices as needed.
• Implement and monitor data security protocols, backup procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with departments to introduce IT solutions that enhance patient care and workflow.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for updates, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and system incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, preferably within a healthcare environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
