IT Project Specialist

About the role

ProperProper is seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Specialist to support internal technology initiatives and drive operational improvements across the company. You will act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical teams, ensuring that IT projects are delivered on time and align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor internal IT projects, maintaining timelines and deliverables.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Track project progress, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist with troubleshooting, system support, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain project workflows, reports, and internal procedures.
• Help optimize operational efficiency through technology solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or IT operations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of systems implementation and process improvement is a plus.
