IT Recruiter – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for its technology projects. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the broader talent acquisition team to staff ongoing IT opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted technical candidates for open positions.
• Manage the full vetting process from the client side, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition to align candidate pipelines with business needs.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase qualifications effectively.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team‑first attitude and collaborative approach.
