About the role
Join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team as an IT Support Analyst, providing technical assistance to professionals worldwide. You will work remotely, helping users solve issues and maintain a smooth IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist users via email, phone, and Jira to resolve technical problems.
- Troubleshoot computers and related hardware.
- Manage hardware purchases and inventory.
- Administer building security cards.
- Perform general office and hardware maintenance.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk role.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS, and networking concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
