About the role

Join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team as an IT Support Analyst, providing technical assistance to professionals worldwide. You will work remotely, helping users solve issues and maintain a smooth IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users via email, phone, and Jira to resolve technical problems.
• Troubleshoot computers and related hardware.
• Manage hardware purchases and inventory.
• Administer building security cards.
• Perform general office and hardware maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk role.
• Familiarity with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS, and networking concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
