IT Supporter

About the role

Ultrabulk is looking for an IT Supporter to be the first point of contact for colleagues in the Santiago office and to provide remote support to our global locations. You will join a small, dedicated IT team and gain broad hands‑on experience across a range of technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑level user support for desktops, applications, and connectivity issues both on‑site and remotely.
• Install and configure physical IT equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, screens and docking stations.
• Conduct cybersecurity training sessions and assist with compliance reporting.
• Onboard and offboard colleagues, maintaining user and security groups in Azure.
• Procure end‑user devices and support the rollout of new software solutions.

Required profile

• Service‑minded, solution‑oriented and strong team player with a genuine enthusiasm for IT.
• Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a small team and staying calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work onsite (remote work not an option).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good documentation habits.

Required skills

• Relevant IT education (or equivalent experience).
• Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, batch).
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory for user and security group management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools: Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
