IT Talent Consultant – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Talent Consultant to join Experis Chile’s technology recruitment team. You will act as a strategic partner for our corporate clients, helping them attract and retain top‑tier IT professionals while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT Recruitment Team to execute searches for developers, analysts, project managers, engineers and other technology profiles.
• Participate in client meetings alongside the IT Business Development Manager to gather requirements and define technical job specifications.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to client presentation and offer negotiation.
• Provide tailored consulting on talent attraction and retention strategies.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve selection methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience recruiting technology roles and handling full‑cycle recruitment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with both corporate clients and internal teams.
• Autonomous, consultative approach with a focus on strategic advisory.
