Junior Account Executive

About the role

Sovos is looking for a Junior Account Executive to help drive growth by connecting new clients with its innovative tax‑compliance solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored offerings and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect within an assigned territory to generate leads and expand the client portfolio.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including outreach, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to craft customized proposals.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
• Share market insights and business‑development ideas with the sales and marketing teams.
• Mentor colleagues by sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Ability to manage sales cycles from start to finish.
• 1–3 years of experience selling digital solutions (preferred).
• Proficiency with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Strong ethical standards and a willingness to learn from peers and customers.
