Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The position is project‑based, asynchronous and ideal for engineers looking for flexible, on‑demand work.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
