Key Account Manager – Pharma

About the role

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with key healthcare accounts, including hospitals, health institutions and payers. The role focuses on executing brand and market access strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key health‑sector accounts.
• Design and implement account plans aligned with brand and market‑access objectives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
• Identify access and growth opportunities within complex health‑care systems.
• Support value‑based conversations in line with approved scientific frameworks.
• Maintain strict adherence to industry ethics and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the pharmaceutical or health‑care sector.
• Strong understanding of health‑care systems and payer environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in matrixed, multi‑functional teams.
