LATAM & Canada Health Economics & Market Access Lead

About the role

DePuy Synthes is seeking a regional leader to shape and execute Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) strategies across Latin America and Canada. The role will drive reimbursement, value, and access initiatives for DePuy Synthes’ orthopaedic technologies within diverse public and private health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead HEMA strategy for the assigned LATAM and Canada business unit, aligning with global priorities.
• Develop and implement market access and reimbursement pathways for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to generate health‑economic evidence and value dossiers.
• Engage with payers, health authorities, and key opinion leaders to secure sustainable patient access.
• Monitor policy changes and market dynamics to adapt strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health economics, market access, or reimbursement within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of public and private healthcare systems in LATAM and Canada.
• Demonstrated ability to lead regional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
