Pharmacovigilance Analyst

About the role

The Pharmacovigilance Analyst provides high‑quality, timely support to safety activities across client projects in LATAM, ensuring accurate adverse event identification and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review project materials, data sources and client documentation to identify potential adverse events, product quality complaints and safety‑relevant information.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of adverse events to clients in line with contractual timelines, local requirements and pharmacovigilance standards.
• Support development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance documentation, trackers, procedures and training materials.
• Perform qualitative reviews of safety information to guarantee completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (PMR, CES, Consulting, Quality, Operations) to provide safety oversight across projects.
• Assist with quality management activities, including QC checks, deviation identification, CAPA support and audit readiness.
• Contribute to RFP reviews, project start‑up activities and client discussions with safety expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Lifecycle Safety, Clinical Safety, Quality, Regulatory or Life Sciences operations.
• Strong understanding of adverse event identification, safety reporting timelines and pharmacovigilance concepts.
• Ability to review scientific and operational documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
