LCL Analyst – Export/Import Consolidations

About the role

The LCL Analyst manages export and import LCL ocean shipments, ensuring high‑quality service and timely communication with internal and external customers. You will oversee the full shipment process, from booking to document turnover, and support the team in meeting KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle local export/import LCL processes, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor end‑to‑end shipment flow, ensure compliance with company procedures, and keep customers informed of any deviations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and service providers to resolve issues and manage invoices.
• Maintain accurate shipment status updates, generate reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in LCL import/export consolidations and warehousing.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel (dynamic tables, simple macros).
• Familiarity with CargoWise.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
