Lead Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Android Developer to drive large‑scale mobile projects. You will shape the technical direction of native Android applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and built with modern best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain native Android apps using Kotlin.
• Design declarative UI components with Jetpack Compose.
• Apply Clean Architecture to keep a clear separation of concerns.
• Enforce SOLID principles for reusable and robust code.
• Define and implement modularization strategies to improve performance and build times.
• Lead the adoption of presentation patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or MVP.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during technical exploration, estimation, and solution design.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional Android development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or coordinating development teams.
• Strong command of English (B2 level or higher) with confident written and verbal communication.
