Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate a high‑performance Perforce ecosystem and AWS infrastructure for a global game development team. You will provide technical leadership, ensure reliability and security, and mentor engineers across distributed locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for an enterprise‑grade Perforce architecture for distributed teams.
• Architect and oversee secure AWS infrastructure, including VPCs, subnets, routing, VPNs, firewalls, WAF and DDoS protection.
• Lead integration between Perforce, build systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Set SLAs, operational standards and ensure high availability, performance and reliability of development infrastructure.
• Establish security controls, IAM policies, encryption and secrets management across cloud and tooling environments.
• Implement organization‑wide monitoring, logging and alerting frameworks.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure and build‑related bottlenecks.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and act as the primary technical contact for global teams and vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of DevOps, infrastructure engineering or systems administration experience in gaming.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level).
