Lead iOS Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Lead iOS Software Engineer to own the technical strategy, architecture, and evolution of our native iOS applications. You will guide a team of iOS engineers, collaborate with product, design, and backend partners, and ensure high‑quality, performant mobile experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical vision for iOS apps using Swift, setting standards and best practices.
• Architect robust integrations with RESTful and GraphQL backend services.
• Lead the full delivery cycle from concept through App Store release, including build, provisioning, and submission.
• Establish testing strategies (unit and UI tests with XCTest) and drive performance, memory, and battery optimizations using Instruments.
• Mentor and grow a team of iOS engineers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a high‑performing engineering culture.
• Collaborate with designers to create pixel‑perfect, HIG‑compliant user interfaces.

Required profile

• 5+ years of native iOS development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
