Lead Product Designer (Fintech)

About the role

Deel is looking for a hands‑on Design Leader to drive the Fintech experience for both clients and workers. You will own the design of our most visible web and mobile payment products, shaping how millions of users pay and get paid globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for client and worker experiences on web and mobile platforms.
• Lead a small design team while continuing to contribute hands‑on design work.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research to ship high‑impact fintech features quickly.
• Set design standards, raise the quality bar, and mentor teammates through example.

Required profile

• Deep product design experience, especially in fintech or payment systems.
• Strong "doer" mindset – able to think big, move fast, and ship results.
• Comfortable leading a small team while remaining hands‑on.
• Passion for building compliant, instant global payment experiences.
