Logistic Analyst – International Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Logistic Analyst to support end‑to‑end international logistics operations. The role ensures regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and cost control while coordinating import and export activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate import and export processes, preparing customs documentation and tracking shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs, tax, and international trade regulations in partnership with external agents.
• Lead tendering processes with logistics providers, customs brokers, and carriers, managing quotations and contract compliance.
• Monitor logistics costs, review invoices, and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Identify and escalate operational risks such as delays or documentation errors.
• Review international trade documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL, certificates) for accuracy.
• Support last‑mile delivery planning, maintain delivery plans, and validate milestones with finance.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics Engineering, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain.
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international trade processes (imports and exports).
• Understanding of Incoterms.
• Experience with logistics and customs documentation (BL, AWB, invoices, certificates).
• Cost control and analysis capabilities.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
