About the role

As a Logistics Operations Analyst you will oversee and optimize BairesDev's global supply chain and logistics processes. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while ensuring seamless international shipments and efficient inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics, supply chain, and procurement operations to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate international shipping and courier logistics, guaranteeing timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Build and maintain analytical models to track inventory, analyze costs, and optimize stock levels.
• Oversee ticketing systems to resolve operational issues and keep daily workflows smooth.
• Analyze existing logistics processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or inventory operations.
• Proven expertise in international shipping and courier coordination.
• Strong hands‑on experience with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ticketing systems, operational workflows, and process analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
