Order Fulfilment Specialist

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Chile is looking for an Order Fulfilment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring high‑quality service and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service and act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
• Interpret customer requirements and translate them into concrete fulfilment actions.
• Monitor open orders, drive internal processes, and manage delivery expectations.
• Identify innovative solutions to guarantee on‑time delivery of critical parts.
• Communicate order status proactively, especially for delays or critical items.
• Coordinate technical and commercial queries using Airbus technical documentation and liaise with engineering or commercial departments.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Aerospace or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of aviation spare‑parts supply chain management.
• Business‑level proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Availability to work in Huechuraba, Santiago.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (GSheets) for data analysis.
• Database analysis and reporting.
