Manager, Paid Media & Growth Strategy (LATAM)

About the role

The Orchard, a leading global music distributor, is looking for a Manager, Paid Media & Growth Strategy to join its Chile office. You will design, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns that amplify releases, grow fanbases and meet the objectives of our Latin American labels and artists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise bespoke paid‑media and audience‑growth strategies for Latin‑market labels and artists.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Marketing teams and label stakeholders to align campaign plans with artistic and business goals.
• Collaborate with media buyers and cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Build thorough analyses, client‑facing reports and actionable insights using advertising metrics and The Orchard’s proprietary data.
• Analyse campaign performance to surface trends, benchmarks and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
• Participate in internal brainstorms, strategy sessions and client meetings to generate innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Motivated professional with a passion for music and a proven track record in paid media, growth marketing, digital advertising or media buying.
• Experience working with Latin American audiences and an understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Strong collaborative mindset, able to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and platform partners.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
