Managing Consultant, Business Experimentation

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors Consulting Services team helps clients make data‑driven decisions through its Business Experimentation practice. As a Managing Consultant you will partner with executive‑level clients across industries, using the Test & Learn® SaaS platform to design, execute, and interpret experiments that shape strategy, marketing, pricing, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, defining problem statements and delivering end‑to‑end experimentation solutions.
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data‑science tools, especially Test & Learn®.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture, and change readiness.
• Provide analytical and technical expertise to drive adoption and competency of the Test & Learn® platform.
• Lead internal teams to generate insights, craft business recommendations, and present impactful findings.
• Manage day‑to‑day project delivery, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with Mastercard product and business‑development teams to scope projects, create tailored solutions, and build the firm’s intellectual capital.
