Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

About the role

As a Supervisor – Manufacturing Engineering you will lead a team of engineers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, acting as the liaison between engineering, clients and other stakeholders. You will ensure all test engineering activities follow approved development plans, standards and safety regulations while fostering a high‑performance, learning‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing information systems for new product or process development and production support.
• Directly supervise the electrical team, approving quality of deliverables and ensuring accurate engineering quotes.
• Lead the Test Engineering team, providing coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on emerging supplier, industry and client technologies.
• Deliver technical training and support to assigned sales teams.
• Promote and enforce safety regulations, policies and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in electrical, automation, mechanical or electronic design, application or technical sales.
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination, communication and time‑management abilities.
