Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

MSA Safety is looking for a passionate Marketing Communications Specialist to drive demand creation, support product launches and ensure brand consistency across Chile and Peru. The role combines creative project management, content development and close collaboration with segment marketing and corporate communications teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects, from concept to localisation, for demand‑generation programs, marketing initiatives and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Create and adapt communication concepts, copy and visual assets, working with agencies and external partners.
• Monitor KPIs, track advertising spend and report on project performance.
• Plan and execute trade‑show presence, booth design, logistics and lead capture processes.
• Support product launches by managing launch packages, media plans and corporate communications alignment.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to integrate digital strategies into campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, agency or internal MarCom roles.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Self‑starter attitude, positive mindset and strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite.
