About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our regional marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth across the region. The role will oversee media, PR, omnichannel activations and sports marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent consumer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the regional marketing strategy to enhance brand positioning and business growth.
- Drive regional media, public relations, and communication initiatives aligned with global and local needs.
- Manage omnichannel marketing activations across wholesale, retail and e‑commerce to deliver a unified consumer experience.
- Oversee the implementation of creative campaigns and brand assets throughout the region.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, set priorities and align spending with business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and reporting tools to support data‑driven decision making.
- Lead regional sports marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships to maximise brand visibility.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or global context.
- Strong understanding of business performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Experience in brand and consumer research and agency management.
- Solid knowledge of media, content evaluation, social media and e‑commerce.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive projects beyond functional scope.
