Marketing Manager – Fintech & Payments

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for key fintech and payments brands in Chile. The role will operate within an international business environment, collaborating with internal teams, partners and stakeholders to drive growth and align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned brands, defining priorities, KPIs, roadmaps and growth initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing recommendations based on industry expertise.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet timelines, quality standards and objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance and produce clear reporting on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Apply knowledge of payment industry requirements, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management.
• Review marketing claims and materials for compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, leadership, client project services or account management.
• Proven experience in payments or fintech marketing.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, take ownership of outcomes and solve challenges without extensive supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple brands or client accounts.
