Marketing Manager – South America Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our automotive branding and sales growth across South America. The role focuses on building strong distributor networks, executing high‑impact events, and driving digital engagement to strengthen our market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies tailored to the South American market.
• Expand and manage local distributor networks to ensure stable sales growth.
• Plan and execute branding events such as product launches, test‑drive activities, and industry exhibitions.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, and collaborations with influencers (KOLs).
• Analyze market data, sales trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
• Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• At least 1.7 years of experience in automotive marketing with deep knowledge of the South American market.
• Proven success in managing local dealer networks and implementing effective branding strategies.
• Strong event planning, public relations, and crisis management abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making skills for optimizing marketing investments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
