Marketing & Onboarding Specialist for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to help real‑estate agents and their clients launch and optimise their digital presence. You will guide new clients through account set‑up, tool training, and brand development, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Zoom onboarding sessions for agents and clients, configuring accounts and tools.
• Assist clients in creating and optimising social‑media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Train clients on effective real‑estate marketing tactics using social media.
• Design eye‑catching marketing assets (posts, flyers, banners) with Canva.
• Create professional, brand‑aligned email signatures.
• Provide creative ideas and strategies to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing efforts with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Maintain consistent branding and content across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong Canva and design sense with an eye for branding.
• Comfortable hosting and leading Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of the real‑estate or short‑term‑rental industry (a plus).
• Able to explain technical tools in simple, user‑friendly terms.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple onboarding sessions.
