Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team leader in executing go‑to‑market initiatives that drive buy‑rate and growth. Working under the guidance of a Marketing Manager, the role combines strategic execution with hands‑on creation of digital and collateral assets in a hybrid work model based in Santiago.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate marketing plans to achieve growth targets.
• Develop, implement and track digital initiatives such as email, paid media, social, SMS and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Create sales and product collateral while ensuring brand compliance.
• Support outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising and event coordination.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards, monitor KPIs and report findings.
• Partner with analytics teams to evaluate campaign efficiency using Salesforce reports.
• Assist sales representatives by providing collateral, visual merchandising and event support to boost local revenue.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, market research and collateral development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
