Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead both offline and online initiatives in Chile. You will work closely with sales, creative, and a China‑based team to deliver brand activations, product launches, and digital campaigns that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute in‑store displays, product launches, and brand activation events.
• Design, produce, and manage marketing collateral while aligning with sales teams.
• Develop and run online campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and content creation.
• Monitor and optimise paid media spend on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to maximise ROI.
• Use data‑analytics tools to track performance, adjust strategies and report key metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers and local partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with high attention to detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of marketing experience in the Latin American market, preferably Chile.
• Proven track record in both offline (events, activations) and online (social, paid media) campaigns.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for cross‑market communication.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones with a China‑based team.
