Medical Science Liaison – Oncology

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Oncology will act as the local expert for medical affairs, supporting the launch and lifecycle management of oncology products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the local Medical Affairs therapeutic area (TA) expert for oncology.
• Co‑lead local TA, launch, and brand strategies and drive Medical Affairs tactics.
• Lead Medical Affairs activities in the assigned territory according to launch and brand plans.
• Assign, track, and monitor KPIs and metrics for Medical Affairs performance.
• Collect and communicate market insights, trends, and unmet needs from field operations.
• Develop and review medical and marketing materials, ensuring scientific and clinical accuracy.
• Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, training requirements, and up‑to‑date GxP knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical affairs or a related scientific role within oncology.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and drug safety.
• Ability to explain complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Independent judgment with the capacity to make recommendations based on factual analysis.
• Works with moderate guidance and delivers high‑quality results.
