About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic waitstaff to join our restaurant team in Pradera, Concepción. The successful candidate will be the face of the dining area, ensuring guests receive attentive service, accurate orders, and a pleasant dining experience in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take customer orders and provide menu guidance.
- Promote daily specials and suggest complementary items.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned service area.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a franchise.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and strong teamwork orientation.
- Current food‑handling certification.
- Valid identification or work permit.
