Mid-Level Human Resources Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Human Resources Analyst to act as a strategic partner across our global operations. You will help shape culture, support performance management, and ensure our policies fit the local Chilean context while collaborating with teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and cross‑functional teams in multiple countries to drive HR initiatives.
• Facilitate development conversations, performance reviews, feedback loops, and change‑management projects.
• Adapt global HR policies to comply with Chilean labor regulations.
• Lead employer‑branding, benefits, and culture programs.
• Oversee the in‑office experience, including vendor management, onboarding, and employee well‑being.

Required profile

• Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Analyst or Business Partner.
• Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams.
• Strong emotional intelligence and assertive communication skills.
