Office Coordinator – HR

About the role

Join Trane Technologies as an Office Coordinator – HR and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department and the broader office. You will be based on‑site in Santiago (Las Condes) and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and a well‑organized workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Administer documentation and information for operators and operational staff.
• Coordinate HR‑related administrative tasks, including invoice processing, internal approvals, and payment tracking.
• Maintain supplier records, monitor due dates, and manage supporting documentation.
• Plan and execute internal communications and support culture, engagement, and event initiatives.
• Handle logistical and administrative office requirements and provide daily operational support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Administration or a related field.
• Experience in administrative roles such as Office Coordinator or HR support.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Canvas or other design platforms (desirable).
