Office Coordinator – HR

About the role

Join Trane Technologies as an Office Coordinator – HR and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department and the broader office. This on‑site position in Santiago (Las Condes) ensures smooth daily operations while contributing to a culture of sustainability and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer documentation and information for operators and operational staff.
• Coordinate HR‑related administrative tasks, including onboarding paperwork.
• Manage invoices, internal approvals, and follow‑up on payments.
• Maintain supplier records, monitor due dates, and keep supporting documentation.
• Plan and coordinate internal communications and cultural initiatives.
• Support engagement activities, events, and employee‑experience programs.
• Handle logistical and administrative office requirements.
• Provide general daily operational support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in administrative roles such as Office Coordinator or HR support.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with standard office tools.
• Familiarity with Canvas or similar design platforms is a plus.
