Operations QA (Remote)

About the role

Join a leading technology services company as an Operations QA professional. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality processes for mission‑critical systems while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive auditing methodologies to evaluate process efficiency and success.
• Develop and manage structured performance scorecards to track progress against organizational objectives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to align operational activities with business strategy.
• Maintain robust documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Collaborate with operations and talent teams to identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or operational auditing.
• Proven expertise in implementing auditing methodologies and performance scorecards.
• Strong background in tracking and analyzing operational KPIs to drive quality improvement.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
