About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Orthopaedics Sales Representative to drive sales of MedTech products in the Santiago market. The role focuses on building relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals to expand market share and deliver clinical value.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and market‑share objectives for MD&D products within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market development and field‑marketing activities, including scheduled appointments and product presentations.
• Demonstrate proper product use to physicians and develop customer‑focused presentation packages.
• Promote professional education activities to enhance healthcare professionals’ knowledge.
• Maintain regular customer visits to gather order information and market insights.
• Manage contracts, tenders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
• Execute national, regional, and local promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet sales objectives and increase market penetration.
• Experience in medical device or orthopaedic product sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage a territory within an assigned budget.
• Eligibility for sales incentives and commissions.
