Paid Media Digital Specialist

About the role

BYD Chile is seeking a Paid Media Digital Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and data‑driven decision making. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns to generate leads, drive qualified traffic and support the brand’s growth in the electric mobility market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
• Manage daily campaign elements including budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative assets.
• Monitor core KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion rate, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation and creative optimisation based on data insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop performance‑driven assets and ensure proper tracking implementation (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API).
• Support SEO initiatives by optimising on‑page elements and assisting with organic search strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Proactive, self‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• On‑page SEO knowledge
• WordPress or other CMS experience (nice to have)
