P&C Analyst (Human Resources)

About the role

The P&C Analyst will support CCD’s human resources function by managing labor relations, handling employee terminations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role bridges the gap between employees, management, and external legal partners to maintain a harmonious workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up, mediate, and resolve labor relations cases, including representing the organization in legal hearings and responding to law firm requests.
• Manage the full employee termination process (dismissals, layoffs, resignations), conduct severance payroll audits, and issue severance checks.
• Track and ensure completion of 90‑day performance evaluations for new hires, providing feedback to recruitment teams.
• Prepare required Ministry of Labor documentation and handle follow‑up on employee labor accidents (Idopril).
• Use Jira to track and resolve conflict‑related tickets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General or Organizational Psychology.
• Experience in labor relations or employee relations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• High intermediate proficiency in English.
